Should your purchase fail to meet your expectations, please refer to the return and refund rules stated below.

1. Return Qualifications

Returns will be accepted only when all the below requirements are fulfilled:
  • The merchandise remains unworn and intact, with all original packaging preserved.
  • A return application must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods.
  • Valid purchase proof, such as your order ID or order confirmation email, is provided.
We reserve the right to decline refunds if the goods are worn, broken or incomplete for reasons not attributable to our side.

2. Excluded Items for Returns

The following products cannot be returned:
  • Goods labeled "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Returns submitted without prior authorization
  • Items damaged caused by improper use, accidents or incorrect handling

3. Return Procedures

  • The reason for returning the item
  • Relevant photos or videos (required for defective or damaged goods)
Once your application gets approved, we will send you detailed guidelines for return delivery.
Important: Do not send items back to the original delivery address without our prior consent. Unauthorized shipments will not be processed.

4. Return Delivery Fees

We will bear all return shipping fees if the return is caused by our mistakes, including defective products, damaged goods or incorrect items delivered.
For returns made for personal reasons such as change of mind or wrong selection of goods, the shipping expense shall be borne by you. The exact fee is determined by the courier you select.

5. Refund Rules

We will inspect the returned items after receipt and inform you of the result of your refund application.
Once approved, the fund will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 7 working days.
Please be advised:
  • The actual arrival time of the refund may vary, subject to the processing rules of your bank or payment platform.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our errors.

6. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are only available under the following circumstances:
  • The item is defective
  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • You received the wrong merchandise

7. Damaged & Defective Products

If your parcel arrives with broken or faulty items, please reach out to us within 48 hours and provide:
  • Photos or videos of the problematic product
  • Pictures of the outer packaging
  • Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund according to the actual situation.

8. Lost Parcels

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
  • Check with your neighbors or property management staff
  • Look around designated safe delivery spots
  • Get in contact with the delivery carrier
If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us and we will help you resolve the matter.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are only acceptable before your order is processed and dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may submit a return application after receiving the goods instead.
